Why We Need to Care About the Environment: Today is the Day

Air pollution is making it difficult to breathe, water scarcity is forcing us to rely on less reliable sources, and extreme weather events are affecting communities worldwide. These are not distant threats; they are happening now.

Air pollution: According to the World Health Organization (WHO), air pollution is responsible for approximately 7 million deaths worldwide each year.

Water scarcity: By 2050, it is estimated that nearly 1 in 4 people will live in countries facing water scarcity.
